I have a 2007 C230 Sport and am looking to do repairs on my mercedes myself. I am mechanically inclined but need the electronic information out of the car to assist in the repair.
Particularly, I am thinking that a software/hardware product is in store.
Would I benefit from a product that has a hardware scanner to pull the info and then dump that info into an accompanying software package that displays the info plus determines recommended repair and then displays the repair process within the software?
I could fore go the scan tool since I can get them read otherwise. It would be nice though if reasonable cost. I would like to put codes in the software though and let it determine repair process.
If that is an ideal package, what product do you recommend in the $0-1500 range.
Not interested in all models as much, just mine.
