Do you mean top of the tank, underneath van, or filler tube up to fuel cap? Has floor been drilled over tank at any stage? If leak is at tank itself, it would need to be removed, to be replaced or repaired by a specialist if possible. If repaired, get legit paperwork to cover any future insurance claims. Don't drive it until sorted- consider the two-wheelers sliding over spilt diesel
Hi Thanks for your reply, yes its the top of the tank underneath the van. no nothing has been drilled through the floor, and the strange thing about i it when i had it checked over for rego last month the mechanic had found evidence of diesel leaking from the top of the tank (dry residue) but wasn't leaking at the time, so maybe it only leaking when its full.
