hello, i am about to buy some 19" lorinser rims....LM5 19x9.5 in the back and 19x8.5 in the front.......for a grand total of $3300!!!!.....is that a good deal or am i paying to much? is it possible to find a better hook up? let me kno what you think!?!?!

You must absolutely crazy if your paying $3,300 for any rims! I purchase some nice Chrome Rims with a 2 inch lip on them for $1,616. Besides no one ever answeres question in this forum if they don't know you! I have asked many questions hear reagarding tires size and Lowering Springs and no one ever answred my question!
But honestly, don't wast your money like that! Shop around, and to answer your questions, I think you are paying too much for wheels that are mediocre!

As for getting rims less than that...all I can say is you get what you pay for. I personally wouldnt buy Lorinsers as they are too many replicas out there and they make the rim look like its not unique.

I see what ur saying about the fake replica rims......and how it takes away from the real ones....but these rims are real....the guy im about to buy it off of has had it on his car for two months....the rims are in perfect condition.....tho....it came off a s class........so the tire size is too big for my car....by a lil...however if i roll the fenders i can fit them....(so im actually paying 3300 for rims and tires but the tires don't fit) but i kinda rather buy new tires. But the main reason why im going to buy the LM5's is because i already own and a FULL DTM lorinser body kit...and the rims are really needed to complete the look....still think i should buy them?????

Hey you gotta a DTM kit???? Post pix!! By any chance is your car silver? If it dont include tires then it is TOO much. Trust ME you CANNOT fit 275 in the rear. I had a heck of a time putting 265 on w/10"rears.

I wasn't trying to ruffle your feathers, but it is hard for me to "LOGICLY" understand spending $3,300 in tires. But I realize that everybody's financial situations are different. Personally me, married with two children, I could not sleep well at night, But maybe you have a better job than I (U.S. NAVY), and can afford to splurge. [] However, I think you could find something cheaper that would look just as nice if not better. I saw all the Lorinser wheels and they are just ok IMO. I don't mind spending doe on the ride here and there or over time, but I don't plan on keeping my car forever, so why waste the money in my situation. So If you like the wheels get them, but just remember you spend more time sleeping in your bed than you do in your car! Why not split the cost on some other wheels and buy yourself a SWEET MATTRESS! Atleaset you will get a good nights sleep![]

Hahahahaha.....true Enri, i see ur point of view....but right now im only 18 years of age...and am very greatful i don't have responsibilities yet such as the ones u carry. Howevery i have pretty much already gone all out on my car.... my full DTM lorinser body kit wasn't easy ta come by and fixing it up has become more of a hobbie. I guess im just looking to finish off the look.
