HI ALL

Although i cant really say the dealer's name, I was wondering if Anyone is having problems in the Brooklyn NY area with the dealership?

The attitude I get from these "customer service" specialists would really rattle your boat. Besides being told i must PAY for my loaner car because they are RECALLING S Classes for possible Static buildup in the trunk, It was also brought to my attention that the car would probably be a toyota. Folks, im not a snob, but how can a dealer expect a customer who drives an 02 S500 not to be upset about taking a corolla. When i asked them about this, they implied i was a snob and continued by saying OTHER people buy much better models than me and they dont put up a fight.

After that, they told me they would arrange a C240 for me which i felt was much fairer. This same dealer also took my deposit and promised to find me an 02 S500 with ABC, Sport and other options. 3 months later, and probably 2 phone calls returned, i found one in chicago and tried to get my deposit back. (Another issue with them). What kind of service is that? They returned 2 calls, I had to CHASE them!

Anyways - Do any of you have problems with your local dealer like this? Making appointments require 3 weeks in advance??? What does mercedes think of their clients?

Hey i got a 2003 s500 4-matic nope here the service guys at Mercedes of Orland Park are the best ever.
