Only dealership employees who are enrolled in TEAM (MBUSA’s online training administration system) are eligible for accounts here. And even then, the account must be approved by the dealership’s NetStar administrator since not all dealerships want all employees to have access. Most people with accounts would not give out their login information as the password is usually their SSN.
