Since I lost a hard drive a couple of years ago I lost some Unimog Data with it.

Today someone mentioned the Russian site with all the part numbers etc for a bunch of models, which reminded me of it. Kind of an on line EPC. So does anyone have a link to this site if it still exists?

The second thing is I had a bunch of drawings of many models with all the specs such as wheelbase, height, track etc. That was sure nice as a quick reference to compare. Anyone have copies of those? Trucktor?

Thanks man.

Here you go:
Avango.

and
partscatalog.ru. For some reason the drawings on this site no longer display on my computer. Anyone else have this problem?

Edit:
??????? ????????? MB

That gets you to the page to enter VIN which was not totally accurate with my stuff. It is not complete in some sections and you may have to go to similar models to find what you are looking for but it is handy.
Nothing on this site works for me. Anyone else have success on this site?

Mega: Just started playing with that site you posted...Yes the partscatalog.ru; My Russian is weak but I got some pics to open. On that site I posted I am able to get quite a few drawings. Not all selections on that one end in a drawing and some have a drawing but no part number list.
I see the one you posted is Beta, could that have something to do with your problem? I am on a G4 Mac if that makes a diff.

Cool. Thanks. I'm not getting pics on the parts catalog either, but I might be doing something wrong.

Still hoping for the drawings I'm looking for. They looked like factory line drawings from the data books or something with all dimensions. Pretty detailed as I remember.

P.3.

If you click the drawing open, you can usually see the model that is illustrated in the title...

Thanks John,

I figured that if anyone had them it would be you ;) The drawings on page 2 look like the ones I used to have. Can't remember where I got them. Some website.

This too will pass...

Russian epc is down for me and I cannot open any pictures in the Avango site; Anyone else having the same experience? They were handy sites for looking up parts.

Yes, the drawings on both the Avango site and the Partscatalog.ru site haven't shown for quite a while now. There's only one site I know of at this time that is still showing the drawings (this link is for the 406 models):

IllustratedAutoCatalogs.ru.

I suggest you save the webpages your interested in to your harddrive for future reference (or make screen shots) before this site becomes non-functional as well.

Thanks Mega; I fiddled with it a bit...not having much luck opening air systems...it links to a page asking for a password. I guess if this was easy anyone could do it.... and not us Mensa members....

Not sure what it would take but maybe someone who speaks Russian could contact the site provider and ask if they could have a copy of everything for the RMM site. Sure would be appropriate and preserve the data for posterity.

Sounds like a great idea...Any volunteers?...I only know "Da". I guess I got too comfortable and thought those sites would always be available. Hopefully someone will take up the cause.
