Can anyone suggest where I can buy a good cupholder that's non-invasive (so I don't have to drill holes in the door or on the center console!)?

I got one but not for the W140 though. It's for my W126 and I just put a double side tape...
I got one but not for the W140 though. It's for my W126 and I just put a double side tape on the bottom and press it down in the center console. Works wonderfully. I didn't drill anyhole and it moves a bit but as long as it stays, I'd leave it like that. I don't remember what the center console is like on a W140 sedan.

Since I removed my phone, I have been toying with the idea of putting a filler with standoffs and two holes under the armrest. A piece of plastic, black if you can get it shoved in there would work, something to keep it off the bottom, no holes no damage
