Hey everone,

I am trying to repair my cruise control system. When i hit "resume" the system doesnt engauge, but when i hit "accel. set" i feel the pedal move down but then it just go back to not working. I have pulled the cc module from under the dash, I found 2 pins that were not solderd to well and resoldered them, as well as any other ones i thought were suspect. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way of testing the module out side of the car? Does anyone have any pin-readouts? or design schematics?

My cruise control module is marked: 412.205/1/2 0015457632

Thanks

Kris

update:
I just ran some tests (http://www.gdl-online.com/test023.html) one of my wires didnt meet up with the numbers they indiciate on the site,

In step 2, Pin - 5 to gnd (12) should be: infinity ohms 002 545 86 32 (or) ~40 ohms 001 545 75 32

My amplifiter is a 001 545 76 32. I dont know if that 76 would make a difference or not but this pin reads infinity ohms. Pin 5's function is: Actuator Engage Solenoid (output)

Pin 5 is connected to Pin 7 on the actuator's connecton. Im not sure where that connector is thou.
