Non-MB, but need a Carfax on a Ford Sport Trac ...

VIN is (deleted by Moderator) .... 2004 Ford Sport Trac ....

Would really appreciate it - buying it, but it may have a couple of "gaps" in background I am suspicious of ....

Thanks!!!!

George

Please, first read the Benzworld TOU; these kinds of requests are forbidden, and note also, that CARFAX takes a very dim view of them also.

Thank you.

For Fords try this in addition to Autocheck and CARFAX.

Stephenson,

Go to a Ford dealer's service or parts department and see if they will run you a free "OASIS" report on the Ford truck.

As I recall, the OASIS report gives a history of warranty recalls for the vehicle model in question and also, a history of warranty related services that were performed on the vehicle you are looking at.

Note: I have been hearing lately also, that Autocheck is actually better and more accurate than CARFAX now.

Autocheck is great. I've used it before. It's around $15 for one car.
