I am wantin to flush my engine and radiator. When the flushing is done and I begin refilling do I have to worry about trapped air? Should I remove the Temp Sensor as a point for air to escape? Manual says to do this on the 2.6 but does not say to do it on the 2.3. What is the best way to do this procedure step by step and not worry about trapped air causing overheating problems

Fill it up with coolan, start the engine with the radiator cap off. Youll hear it gurgle as the coolant cycles through and the level should drop a little bit. Let it run for a minute or two, shut down the engine, top off the coolant, put the rad cap back on.
