In the last 1,5 year my coolant system broke 3 times. 1st time radiator broke, 2nd was the exansion tank broke and last week the heating valve broke. I think there is much pressure inside the cycle but I dont know where. Not head gasket since it is 100,000 km and no overheating history. Any help pls.

That is just the way it goes with plastic parts subjected to heat and pressure. I have already replaced the parts you mentioned and the expansion tank twice!

I 100% agree on this, living in the desert it's much more obvious, but 100k miles is good life out of any of these parts. I swap out hoses, valves radiators ... pretty much the whole system for the reason you mention!

Thanks for all the replies. It is true, my car sat for long time that most plastic and rubbers went brittle. Does any one have a video or tips to bleed the system when I refill? Thanx again

This is the tool I use. Just attach it to your reservoir and a compressed air source and then stick the hose down in your coolant bottle (premixed 50/50). Evacuate the system using the venturi effect from the compressed air connection to about -25 PSI. Once you're good there just open the valve on the evacuator and coolant will suck itself into the coolant circuit. It seems to take 2.5 gallons for my car but it has the rear A/C package which takes a little more.
