My 2003 S430 is leaking coolant from the washer tank and instead of it there is water in the coolant expansion tank

Fortunately, taking that heater tube out is not too difficult.

Looks like you're in the Netherlands, but this should still be the part that you need.

Before you do that, though, check it out. With your car cool so you don't get burned by hot coolant, go ahead and pull the heater tube out of the washer reservoir. Due to some "gymnastics" involved, you might have to temporarily disconnect the hoses on it; when it's out, then put the hoses back on. Then start your car and have a look. If you see coolant coming out, there's the problem.

If this is indeed the problem, then that also means you may have windshield/screen washer fluid mixed in with your coolant. Time to flush and refill your coolant as well.
