I recently purchased a 2008 C350 Sport and I'm loving it. I'm having an issue with the Center console audio control though and not sure if there's a setting that needs to be enabled or if it's the actual control that needs replacing.

When I turn it, it does nothing. When I push it left/right/up/down it works fine. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it.

I have the same problem with my 2008 C300. I have the dealer check out along with my B service and they want 495.00 for part/labor to fix that.

my dealer replaced the knob for free. I assume your car is still under the warranty?!!

The only volume controls are on the steering wheel or by rotating the on/off button. The big knob forward of the cupholders is not a volume control.

Read your manual.
