Considering buying a C240 2.6L, AWD.whats to good and bad?

Considering buying a 2003 C240 2.6L, AWD with 155,000km, any comments on what is good and bad with this car would be appreciated, and what faults should I be looking looking for and what is a good price with this milage :confused:

I thought the Valeo rad was the good one? :confused:

Since I am currently driving the exact model the OP is looking at, I just went out with a flashlight to verify the style radiator I have. You see, this C240 recently had it's transmission replaced, so I was getting nervous I had the "bad" one. As luck would have it I have the "good" one going by the photos in the link... whew!

To the OP, it really depends on the price vs. condition as to whether it is a good deal or not.
