Greeting to all!

I'm considering to buy a B Class Turbo 200, from 2011, automatic gearbox and gasoline fuel (with a gas implant).

Would you guys suggest it?
Any problems I should expect?
Any particular spots to look into?
Is it good for long trips of over 500 miles?

Thanks in advance!

Considering to swab b 170 to b 200 too. Driving b 170 around 5 years plus with minor problem like cv joint, srs alarm pop up only.. i reckoned that b 200 ll behave the same except access to part to maintain like spark plus is limited. For me as long as the car drive smoothly plus no trouble code on the dash it will be fine. If possible try to scan for trouble code and clear it, if unable to clear most probably need repair or replacement part.
As for your question i will suggest it if you have little knowhow about car, i dont see major problem on it, try to look any alarm on the dash, ensure it is drive smooth, and i frequently drive my b170 280 mile go forth seamlessly except she consume more gas than my civic si

Welcome to BenzWorld billyzh and 0nloop..!

Go back and read up about the CVT,..the starter,..the sun roof, and a few other electrical glitches that can occur with this B. It will be very costly if serviced at any MB dealership. Sometimes more than you even paid for your used B's. Do a search of "starter,..or "CVT" in the B Class etc

Spend the needed time to browse the many pages here.

Most B Classes in wreckers are likely undamaged in collisions but rather have had CVT failures. These gearboxes are rubbish and should be avoided unless you already own one; definitely do not buy a car equipped with one.

The car is certainly good on 3000 km+ trips.
