1990 merc 560 sec, 1984 merc 500 sec ,1983 Mercedes 380 SEC ; 2007 Discovery III

I recently installed a Mercedes 500 sec engine and transmission both gen1 into a Mercedes 380 sec.
everything was a plug and play.
however I noticed that the 500 sec transmission has two sets of wires that go into the car
: see foto of the donor car (500 sec).
the plug in the green circle has a green and white wire which was also available in the 380 sec car and this connected to on plug from the 500 sec transmission.
however the plug in the yellow circle has a red/yellow wire and a green wire. this plug is not available in the 380 sec. where does this plug connect to in the vehicle ( 500 sec) and what is the function
can I drive the vehicle as is.
