Right side engine bank is the problem. All 12 exhaust valves are bent. Left side engine bank are fine. Improper timing procedure was not set.

Bummer:( This time make sure they turn the engine by hand several times before trying to start the engine.

yep toldya it was physically binded.

well good news is you can fix it, bad news is there might be more down below. tbh id be considering a rebuild or a junker engine at this point. i dont know how your labor charges are sitting

pull heads again and rebuild them in the very least. both sides!

finally, with correct camshaft timing, the mighty V12 sing beautifully in perfect harmony. thanks for the help guys.
