I just bought an 06 C230 and I want factory Sirius but my radio isn't set up for it. I wanted to know if a command unit out of an 06 ML. It has a part number of A1648200779. I know to make nav work I'll have to buy the DVD drive. Will the unit fit in the dash fine and what of the wiring? And also do I need to buy anything for the Sirius? Thanks in advance.
