I recently had some tranny work done on my 1998 ML320. I drive about 20K for my job and have over 215K on my truck. So, a long way from home, I get these:

P0136
P0301
P0460
P0135
P0161
P0130

I understand what each of these are, but the fact that they all hit at once and together is what I thought was strange. I am hoping that someone can tell me if there is something that would cause all of these rather than addressing each one individually.

I have replaced the catalytic converter on the passenger side just about two years ago with a genuine MB part, so I want to rule that out, but am open to anything. Any advice where to start?

I had the conductor plate replaced along with the filter, gasket, and pilot bushing for the TCM plug. That was just over 30 days ago. I travel over 2K each month. So I have been many miles already since the repairs.

All these codes could have been set because of code P0460 which shows that you were driving while your fuel level was too low.

Erase all the codes and then see if any come back. Carry the code reader with you and read the code/s as soon as the CEL is illuminated.

Below is a list of all codes. Scroll though all pages and note the bracketed areas.

Thank you. I will monitor it. I drive 1200 miles each week so the fact that it has not returned is certainly an indicator that you are likely correct. I can assure you, in this economy, I am on empty more than I am on full!
