Anyone with a COMAND 2.0 notice fluctuations with the volume of the Nav voice directions? Under what circumstances? Were you able to resolve it? How?

I'm having a situation where the volume of the voice is very quiet, almost inaudible, mostly at high speeds, but sometimes at other speeds. Other times it's fine at slow or high speeds.

Thoughts? TIA.

The voice is definitely lower than the volume set for the radio, et al. Plus, it doesn't cut out the music before speaking. Sometimes I'm not even aware it's given some directions.

That's a user-selectable option to have the music level drop during directions. Check your manual.

Thanks guys...

cagalbraith: I have changed all of the settings and it still seems to get "dim" sometimes...although lately it seems to be working fine. I'll post if I figure anything out.
