First of all.. I don't understand why you'd wanna do that hehe
but I suppose you could find the yellow lights/white lights and paint the lens clear green from the inside. Problem is.. how do you find clear green paint that is heat resistant (those lights get HOT)
or maybe you could just buy the clear fog lights (pre-82 cars or something) and drill a small hole (if possible) in the reflector and put in a small super bright green LED's that come on w/ the parking lights! That way you get green LED's all the time but you get fogs too when you need them

'cause honestly, she'd look really good in green.
I use the fog lights a lot and aesthetically theres really not much to improve on (other than repairs), but the green definitely fits her personality (and []the drivers).

Yes, they could easily ticket you that way
In Bettendorf, land of the "Ticket Nazis" people are ticketed frequently for that kind of stuff. I bet if you painted the lights green, it would not only be "inpersonating and officer" (or some B.S. like that), it would also bring the lights out of D.O.T. specs. I know here, many people are ticketed for those really annoying blue, bright HID lights, because the lights do not follow D.O.T code. (Not that ticketing the morons is a bad thing, in that case.
