Every since I've owned my w123, It's had a little bit of a stutter when starting in the mornings. This only happens after it's set all night.

Never during they day, say when I go to lunch or leave work to come home.

I have all new Bosch glow plugs, new primary and secondary filters, and no air or fuel leaks that I have found. New air filter.

The shuttering on lasts for maybe 30 seconds, then it smooths out and runs very smooth.

I've tried glowing longer, even 2 glow cycles, no change.

Sound like nozzles possibly?

Some stuttering is "normal" straight after a cold start. Diesel condensated on the cold walls of the pre-chamber, cylinder and piston and there isn't enough heat to ignite it. The more worn-out the engine becomes, the more it will stutter.

(update your profile, so we know where you are located (for the temperature) and what kind of W123 you own)
