Hi everyone

happy saturday

I have recently had a balance shaft replacement, (as well as a bunch of other stuff done)
My car threw a code 0276 continuous camshaft adjustment left

but no CEL

so I cleared the code

I have now driven a bit more (in a spirited fashion) and the code has not returned.

should I be at all concerned or just move on?
Is there anything I should check?

Yes you should be concerned. The misalignment must be noted over a few drive cycles. If it came on, it wasn't because it was in a bad mood. What is your vehicle's vin?
