How frustrating, I had the engine in and out three times before I figured out what the problem was. I couldn't get the engine to seat the last half inch against the transmission. At first I thought that the trans input shaft wasn't properly fitting into the pilot bearing, but the real problem was that... this IS NOT the flywheel side of the clutch disc. My rebuilder put the sticker on the wrong side. I'm hoping that he didn't put anything else together backwards...... What made this even more of a PITA is that I'm doing this with a chainfall, so to move the engine forward or backwards means rolling the whole truck. Ugh.
