W202 & W208 have similarities. W203 & W209 have similarities.
This W203 (before 31/08/03) will have the D2 Fiber-Optic bus, which chain links all the items of the entertainment system. If ever fitted, the CD system with 6 CD cassette would have been in the glove box. If never fitted the D2 fiber optic loop should still visit the glove box (rear) and be terminated in a dummy plug to complete the ring system. The glove box would have to be removed to access the wiring.
