CLK 320 OR 430

HI all. Im new to the forum and im looking to buy a 320 or 430 around years 2000. can anyone give me some opinions as to what the better years are to look at. I was thinking the 320 cus im not worried about power for i have another car for power. if i read right the 320 is 6 cylinder am i correct? any opinions are appreciated. tks Lorenz
