What codes are you talking about?
13.5V charging on climatronic is good as it shows about 0.5V less than on battery clamps. Still good idea to confirm it with voltmeter on the battery.

Normal. code 23 is the illumination percentage of the backlight of the climate control. Does not really affect what you are looking for.

You should really be looking at item 6 for the coolant temperature and monitor the rise of coolant temperature from cold (ambient), after you start the engine. The instrument panel gauge gives you a rough estimate but item 6 in the menu gives you what the engine computer sees.

At 10 degrees C of ECT (50 deg F) , the rpm should go down to 800 to 1000.
