How do I clear 4 messages on my 2006 R350? (They are about rear tailight bulbs which I recently replaced).

Please do not take this the wrong way, but if the bulb is working the display will clear by it self, no reset needed.
It might not be the bulb, but the connection in the tail lamp that is the issue.
Search on this forum and you will find similar issues and the solution

I had this problem with my R500. Bulbs were OK but the message center thought otherwise. Clean connections and electrolube worked for a short time but the messages returned. About 6 months ago I added supplementary wires from the bulb holder to the light assembly frame and no messages since. Make sure that the polarity is correct.

Brilliant solution! Too bad Mercedes didn't originally over engineer this, it probably would have cost them much less than warranty replacing harnesses on ad hoc basis.

False Tail Light Messages

My car is out of warranty and the MB dealership wanted to change the harness and rear SAM.
