clarification on bi-xenons from autoclass

what exactly are they?
projector headlights with high/low beam HID kit?
high and low beam projector headlights with HID kit?
low beam projector headlights with HID kit?

there are a bunch of people here with these headlights, shouldn't be any harder to reply here then in any other post ...
