I believe they are bixenon headlights OEM.
They are not retrofit. They are bixenons.
Do a quick search to get the official description...

Bixenon lights have only one HID lamp for both low/high beams. They have a mechancal system to put a mask for the low beam. So both low and high beams are HID.
