I have a 2001 UK RHD CL500 that I plan to drive to Germany (where I work)
Is it possible to adjust the beam pattern on the headlights to suit driving on the right or do i need some sick on "beam benders"
The lights are standard bi-xenons.
Cheers,
Sean.

I think I have found the answer in the handbook ... looks like I have to stick on the nasty beam benders :( ....

I know on my 2004 model there is a small lever next to the xenon bulb inside the lamp unit. I would expect the 2001 model would be the same.

Hi,

I have the same issue, i need to convert 2005 CL500 from RHD to LHD traffic. Can you please explain what lever are you talking about? on Facelift cars is it possible to convert between RHD and LHD without changing the whole light unit?
