Actually, that one (For_My_Mercedes) is chrome plated brass, so it is high quality and I think worth it (I have that one). If you can find the same thing cheaper, go for it. But, make sure you don't get plastic!
Do you have any pictures of it?

really here is a picture of mine installed took me 15 minutes[8D]
by the way sorry for the bad picture its from a Motorola

The ones they sell on Ebay for $50 are metal and I bought one, but I am not very happy with it. The metal is very thin (slightly thicker than the wall of a soda can). I actually put a dent in it when installing it (which is just sticking it on with the included two-sided tape) and another one when I pushed against it to close the door.

How thick is the on you bought, Greg? I may need to get that one as I hate driving around with dented bling.

Also, as for not buying plastic, note that the OEM part is in fact plastic. I was thinking about just buying that from the dealer. At one time, it was only about $80, but of course takes a little more effort to install.

It's been a couple years, but I recall it being pretty substantial weight, and the fit was perfect. You can't tell it from factory. The factory one requires taking apart the tailgate (inside cover) and I do not see the advantage.

Here's Mine...

Here's mine from For_My_Mercedes, I too paid 75, but Jerr is a good guy and can work with the price if you buy other things as well. It's held up for almost a year now, and still hasn't lost its shine nor durability. I love it, best 75 bucks I've spent!!

Just bought the OEM Chrome trim handle from my local MB dealer for $135. I figured that it is a handle to a heavy trunk lid and would take allot of abuse.

Good Luck

If your ML is 2001 and older those pop out rear window was an option if you have a factory 3rd row seat. and from 02 and newer they are standard I think[:)]
