I just put on a pair of Schatz exhaust tips for my 2004 s500 sport. I'm not sure if I like how they look. Not very convincing because they hang low and from the side it is obvious that they are not part of the exhaust system. Any one else with a similar situation and any other suggestions? They are placed just about as high as they can go with perhaps a 10-15mm gap between the tip and the bottom of the rear apron.

I have the same problem with them on my 2000 S500 without sport package. I tucked them up as close to the apron as possible. They look fine from the back, but are obvious from the side.
They should have extended thm further under the car til they meet the mufflers. I would add something on if I could find the right looking pipe.
