I see only 2 problems with this car. It's being sold by an Infinity dealer who cannot CPO it, and it is a 4matic. It is certainly loaded.

In my humble opinion, you don't need the 4WD option unless you drive in wintery conditions. Plus it is hard on the transmission and the front end parts are more expensive. I suspect that it will sell for something close to $25,000 but I would not pay that much for it.

I have same opinion, that the 4Matic system is hard on the transmission. But there are more buyers for this option. I also noticed this one has the multi-contour seats. For $25.000 I have seen w211 2003 even 2004 with 30-40K miles.

Perhaps I should stop checking E320's on eBay! Loaded! This one even has the parktronics.

LOL Ozcan, maybe I should stop looking at the MBUSA Pre-owned section for the same reasons! I think we all would like a MB nicer than we have now, but I suppose it does not hurt to dream a bit

I have no patience at all! I knew something better would show up and sell for a reasonable price. This wagon is 20K miles less, 1 year younger and only $1.000 more with more options (parktronic and 4matic) then what I just bought a couple of weeks ago! No, I couldn't wait. Oh well..

Like you just said, oh well. I was in a hurry too, but I lucked out fortunately. I love my car, I just wish I had 8 cylinders with the options I have.

There's always plenty of interesting vehicles to check out on E-Bay. One thing I have found helpful is to ask (if not stated) via e-mail, not a call, to the seller is if all of the paint is original. An individual may be clueless but a dealer with any sense will know. That reasonably well eliminates bodywork. Now the whole underside may have been torn out...

It does have the MC seats! The only option that is missing is the rear sun shade.

Im kinda in the same boat, I would love to upgrade now that I've learned so much, the sunshade, commander, option wouldnt be bad at all. There are certain colors, I would take over certain options and vise versa. But I do appreciate owning my own e320 even though its bear bones. I am looking to keep her till 2010 than I would look at upgrading to a 2001 or 02 model. But to be honest I havent seen any special models on ebay like the one designo. I do see alot of AMG's but I wont lie, I am not a huge fan of the AMG interior, but the exterior is amazing. I wouldnt do a v8 because of how much I drive, so thats a life style choice, but I would do CDI or downgrade to a diesal do to gas prices. I am spending over $400.00 a month.
