From the article the new CLK will be slower than the current model despite the power increase.

Kevin, Actually the number posted for the 2003 CLK 500 is .10 quicker than the CLK430 6.1 0 - 60 ...

time, but the Current AMG number is .30 seconds faster than the proposed AMG.

Those times are european 0-100km times look for them to be 3-5 tenths less for 0-60 mph time posted

by mbusa....I think the CLK 500 will have a 0-60 time of about 5.7 while the CLK 55 will have a time of about 4.8/4.9
