Well it didn't come on for no reason. Most likely a loose fuel cap. But it could be something much more severe. I wouldn't take that light lighty... no pun intended 
Check Engine light - 1992 2.6
My check engine light just came on and the person I bought the car from showed me how to reset it. I can't remember how though.... can anyone help?
