Changing my 99 CLK?

Hey Guys i was wondering if this is poosible. I want to change my instrument cluster in my 99 clk to the one like the 2000, with the multifunction screen. I also want to add the 2000 mutifunction steering wheel. Is this possible to be done, if i can get those products.
