It whistles when I have the car idleing or driving. This valve is behind the glovebox. If you were changing your cabin filter you can kinda see it. Had to remove entire passenger side to get to it. The whistle stays on from 2 to 10 seconds. Will make every dog in the neighborhood cry. I think this valve has something to do with the a/c re-cir. When th a/c or heat is on the lowest position, whistling stops. It has two hoses attached to it and an ele. plug. Any Ideas?
