Center console storage box -- how is it secured?

Talking about center console storage boxes, I just came across this, from Performance Products:

Question is, how is it affixed?

Hey HeirKranz,

So you're of the opinion that those aftermarket storage boxes are flimsy, right, and not sufficiently sturdy? (Good to hear opinions...so be my guest.)
