cd changer install question

I amy installing a cd changer on a 2003 W211E. Where do you make the connection to the Radio from the changer.There is a singele orange fiber cable comming from the changer. I see that there are two connectors on the back of the Radio. One has nothing connected to it.The other one has two orange fiber cables and three wires on it. So where do you make the connection.
