I posted this on Peach, but since I know everyone from here doesn't go there, I'll post here as well. I have a mold and a prototype for the darn center console pins that break on the 123's. If they cast correctly, and I like the product, I'll be offering them for sale. Here's the first pic.

that's cool - I think you'd sell many of them, but how would you remove the plate portion from the original wood without harm to the wood? I used some JB weld on mine and it seems to be holding well. I just hope I never have to take it out again!

The original is just stapled and glued in place. I use a razor knife to remove staples, and then use that to slice behind the plastic piece. Then I use a small screwdriver to pry it off. Here's some pics. BTW, prototype fits perfectly.

It's a two part resin. I think it's urethane, but it's pretty hard.
