If you haven't changed the motor mounts before, that's exactly where I would start. And if you haven't done the plugs yet, that's an ideal time to do them. Toss in the T-mount just to be safe and you've got a relaxed day of DIY time and probably close to a cool grand in your pocket in savings.
While you're under doing the T-mount, do check the flex discs and the center carrier. If the discs are in need of replacement, then order the parts, including the center carrier, dust boot and bearing, and then plan a half-day to do that.
