Was stopped at a red light when car seems to lose a little RPM and then stalled and cut off..... Transmission shifted into Park. Car re-started fine and hasn't done it again since. No fault or error codes showed up in dash... Kind of worried it may happen again.... Wife's car.... Ever happened to anyone on here? Any idea on what it might be??

If the car threw a code you might be able to hook a reader to it to read it. If not you might go for years and never have this happen again as any one of the over 100 sensors on the car could have caused the car to shut off or it could have been a bad batch of gas..

I'd definitely pull codes on it. Even without a CEL it can store codes. Aamco says they'll read them free.
My 06 E350 4M used to stall if I shift from park and hit the gas immediately (Hurried up take off).The dealer replaced the ECM/ECU under warranty and that fixed the problem

Check CPS
I have a 04 E320. Same issue, eventually wouldn't start after getting gas. Had it towed to dealer. Turned out tone crank position sensor. Apparently a pretty common problem. Good luck with your issue...

no check engine light at all? just won't star? That is no good.
Pretty typical for a CPS failure on the M112 and M113 engines. Cranks just fine, but won't start. Most often this is a hot-start issue; once the engine cools some (ten to fifty minutes depending) it starts up just fine.
