How about one of these cool survival whistles...has two different pitches for hearing behind glass or made to use when your trucks upside down and your facial muscles are frozen....a sump pump and space blanket....a 1good gallon coffee can with a bottle of 70%the proof alcohol or higher...keep you warm should you be caught in the wild overnight.
i see. was just wondering as i have not seen that model perform in real life. looking at the unit, it think its probably one nicest "electric" winches i have seen and i think it should perform fairly good as well.
Australian Unimog Camper Project
This is the start of my camper project thread. I will post the photos as I progress the works, hopefully in the end it will match some of the other threads I've seen on build-ups here.
First off - this is the photo from the auction the persuaded me to buy...
My 1300L speedometer is in kilometers and I would like to have MPH. I checked into having face changed to have both MPH and KPH, but it was pricy. A new unit with MPH from M-B is very pricy. I prefer the speedometer to a GPS alternative. Any solutions you'd care to share?
Snuggle up to the tube.
Set parking brake
Find Plumb both ways.
Set ratchet strap.
Check Plumb again, shim as necessary.
Fill tube from bed.
Vibrate, rod, or otherwise settle the concrete.
Go eat dinner.
Check back in the morning. maybe give it a couple of days...
Release ratchet strap, unwind...
