Hi there,

Two days ago, the indicators on my C200 1996 stopped flashing. When turning the indicator signal, the light goes on and stays on but does not flash as it should.

One of the people on this forum (who's been a great help so far) told me that it could be because of a failure in the flasher relay.

Does anybody here know how to locate the flasher relay in the engine compartment ?

Any other ideas and suggestions are more than welcome.

Thanks all,

Pop hood.
Remove fuse box lid.
Behind THAT fuse box is a relay box, with screws holding the cover in place. These screws also hold the rim of the fuse-box lid down. Remove all those screws. Lift cover.
You will see a few relays in there. I believe the biggest, black one is the multifunction relay. You'll hear it clicking when you turn on delayed wipers/blinker/hazard.

Correct. WHen you pop hood, the fuse box all the way on the left side and just under the windshield holds the flasher.
