From the specs they seem to be the same from the piston and rings and lifters and everything i can find the specs are and part numbers are the same. they look a bit different but can I swap all that?

I have a good engine in a parts car (rusted out) and I have a good body bad engine turbo.!

Mercedes ( w245 ) b200 engine 245.233
Mercedes ( w245 ) b200 turbo engine 245.234
Turbo is M266.980
Non-turbo is M266.960

The exhaust manifold and exhaust is very different and larger (stainless also) with the Turbo but I don't see why not. I wonder if the computer settings would be a problem.
It's not exactly like the good old days though. I think that you should ask these 2 experts .

I have all that(exhaust manifoldwith the Turbo,) literally just strip the plain engine and pop in. i am going to have to disassemble both of them see if it fits. Unless there is anything in the engine i am hoping the computer will not know the difference.
