That's correct, one connects the cell phone to the PSE (Portable Support Electronics) and Head Unit (HU), the other is for the cell phone antenna. Since you don't have the cell phone option, the PSE is not installed either. If you take the panels off in the trunk on the driver's side you will see the connectors that the PSE would use, since it would be installed there. There is also a connector for the voice activation option of the phone. Fiber optic cables connect the PSE to the HU so they are back there as well.
Note that there is also a PSE on the other side of the trunk, the Pneumatic System Equipment, commonly called the PSE pump which operates the pneumatic door locks, interior lighting control, and alarm system.
