The wood and leather are easily repaired. My concern is the non original black coating on the underside, it can often hide a multitude of sins. If a rigorous inspection shows it to be rust free then 50K is reasonable.

Seems like a honest representation of the car. The fact they put it on a lift and showed the chassis and didn't detail the heck out of it says something. And it's the most desirable non 3.5 111 Cab. Plus it's my color combo (Metallic Moss Green/Cognac). With 3.5 Cabs touching 300K it might be a good deal. It's all about finding the right buyer...

Seller claims that the color code is 291 (dark Olive) like my 6.3. Data card agrees.

I think it may be have been repainted closer to moss green as you said....

Aside from the non-correct black engine bay, that would be rather time consuming and costly to put right, especially for a "collector" car, I think the price seems fair for the condition we see. The actual condition may be significantly different so I am not personally recommending this car, but it's worth having a look at if you're in the market.
