During one of my hours long thread reading sessions I saw mention of rebuilt cats for an ml320. The thread also had a link etc to some sites. For some reason I forgot to bookmark the link and now I cannot find the thread again. Can someone direct me to where I can get a CA legal cat replacement online? Thanks as always.

Cat Campaign

First check the attached document to see if you qualify for a MB replacement under a campaign that is for the older ML's. The vin number range is in the document.

I used these folks and made an offer.....they accepted and shipped for free. CAT arrived quickly and was a direct bolt-in...fit perfectly. I would recommend them.

Please note...my purchase was for a non-Calif cat. It appears you need one specifically for California. I would call them and discuss your order and price. Phone number is in the ebay listing.

Mine is a 98 so Im outside the effected years. The info I saw here linked to a site that sold rebuilt CARB approved cats... They were something like $530. I also saw something about the dealers having a rebuilt part. I try to avoid going there for parts whenever possible but...
