Did you measure the front part of the driveshaft you used ? i bought one of a 2002 6 speed c230 coupe its 29 in from end to where the rubber flex plate bolts to the shaft. ill be working on my 2004 clk500 i did a rough measurement a while back came up with around 30-31 in , i need to get back under there now that i have this shaft to physically compare.

I want to say it was around 30in, I know I measured all of them but don't know where I left said measurements... unfortunately.

i see i feel this one might be a bit short even though it also shares the same wheel base 106.9 in . worst case i have this to have lenghten at a drive shop

They are the same wheel base, but the manual gearshift assembly and driveshaft are a bit different for the manual swaps on m113 w203/w209 from everything I have researched and talking with other w209 owners.

Update, we have successfully completed coding the car, it now has no remaining errors and is fully converted to manual ECU. Cheers!

What ended up being the procedure? Im vaguely familiar with developer mode.
